Rosa Mercedes, a dancer equally proficient and dynamic in all of the styles of Spanish dance, has enjoyed an extensive and critically acclaimed career which has earned her the prestigious ACCA dance critic's award for best dancer. She has been featured in flamenco, classical Spanish dance, bolera school and in many of Spain's rich folk dances on the stages of the world's most important theaters in Europe, the United States, Canada and South America with the following companies:

She has appeared with Savion Glover in Miami on Tap, in a Gala for UNICEF alongside Audrey Hepburn and Liza Minelli, in a special collaboration for the production Tango with Armando Orzuza and Daniela Arcuri (of Evita and Tango Pasion), with Luciano Pavarotti, Placido Domingo and Jose Carreras in the Three Tenors Gala with the Metropolitan Opera, as well as in concerts with the Gypsy Kings and Sara Montiel.
Her television appearances have included two special programs for PBS, appearances in Puerto Rico and the U.S. as a soloist in presentations by Corazon Gitano, choreographer and dancer for Premio Lo Nuestro with David Bisbal, and numerous interviews for both spanish and english speaking television.
